They did a good job. Moved my entire household to another town Sept 19th. I had a lot of furniture and nothing got damaged. I packed my stuff myself and probably had about 50 boxes. Not one broken dish. It was a long day but they remained professional and got the job done. And for a great price. I recommended them to my neighbor and would give them five stars, but one item got left in the truck and it took a while to get it back but they did return it in perfect condition today. Hard working young men.

Beware of this company. They were three hours late to begin loading, two hours late to unload and then on top of that I did not get everything moved so had to wait a week for them to move the rest of my stuff. I am missing and have damaged property in this move. This was the worst experience I have had in moving!! If you use this company BE SURE you document everything so you know they are not stealing from you like they did me!!!!!!

This moving company damaged several items during our office move, including some large filing cabinets and an antique armoire. We specifically walked through each room before our move, and the owner did not seem to think there would be any issues. When the damage was done, Pro Movers agreed (in writing) to pay for half of the repairs to the armoire. Our move was in July 2022, and to date, we have not received reimbursement. It is unfortunate when a company says they will do something and then does not follow through. I would not recommend.

My wife and I were moving from Ness City to WaKeeney for my job. With me being the only income in our household, as my wife stays home with our son, we couldn’t take the risk of me getting hurt and being off of work. I contacted Professional Movers of Hays for a quote and was immediately blown away by the price of the quote verses what other companies gave me. They called the day before move day to confirm everything. The morning of the move they showed up right on time.My wife and I thought to ourselves this is going to take all day because of how much stuff we had to move. However, Ty and his crew got everything loaded in a professional, proficient and safe manner, all within just a short hour and a half. They followed us to WaKeeney and got everything unloaded in what seemed even half that time.No matter what furniture they were loading, they were always careful with it, making sure to leave no scratches or anything. If we ever move again, we will DEFINITELY use Professional Movers of Hays. Thank you so much guys! It was a pleasure to work with you!

Hard to contact anyone, broke a lot of etems in the move. When we went to do final clean at old house, found boxes that they hid so they wouldn't have to move them. Anything but professional.

A disappointing transaction:1- Tripled the quoted price. Make certain to get the estimate in writing before contracting w/Tysen. Verbal estimate was 1/3rd the price of what he actually charged with nothing more than "sorry for your misunderstanding" as explanation. Even though I verbally asked 3x if the quoted price included everything (mileage, 2-3 guys) & 3x Tysen agreed it did.2-Clarify mileage BEFORE contracting. Tysen said he was from Hays, but when he figured the final mileage, it was actually from around the Russell area, so that little 'omission' added over $450+ to the final bill total.3-We discussed his arrival around 9:30am. They didn't arrive until after 1pm which made the entire process bleed over into the evening hours, which also meant that once he discovered when his "quit time" was, he began recklessly loading by hurrying things, which meant items were damaged.4-Inefficient packing. Tysen assured me his trailer could hold 1 1/2 times the longest UHaul or a full 3-4 bedroom house. (We moved a scant 2-bdrm). But poor packing meant he was unable to do so, resulting in us having to hire additional help to move the remaining items that should have fit; but didn't.While I appreciate that they did in fact at least show up, it was not a professional moving job at all. Poor packing, late arrival, poor communication, inflated quoted price, and everything was literally covered in dust upon arrival because he didn't close the trailer vents. We had to vacuum then dust the boxes before we could even open them & then everything inside each box had to be either laundered, washed or wiped down before we could put it away.He gets 2 stars because he showed up, most items got moved, and he agreed to replace the microwave that they ruined by poor packing (a whopping $75 - It took over a week of hounding him to get the funds).I would NOT recommend or hire Tysen again. I truly believe he low-balled the quote in order to get the job, knowing exactly what he was doing. This was not a simple 'misunderstanding' on our part. This was a bold lie & Tysen is a very unprofessional, dishonest person.Opt instead for Schmidt Moving out of Dodge City, KS. They are true moving professionals.

Confirmed and booked a job had it all set up with them , but come move day no call no show. I had Tyson the owners personal cell phone even and he just ignored my texts and calls. Never did show up to complete the job and never would answer , luckily found a better deal out there with reliable movers . Stay far away from them he’ll leave you hanging on moving day.

Professional Movers Kansas wrapped up our out-of-state move yesterday. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Tysen and Mason were great! They showed up on time and loaded our belongings quickly and carefully. Unloading went just as well and nothing was damaged. It was a pleasure to work with real experts who are also amazingly nice guys!

Same company I presume that I contacted to move a big safe from my mom's house to ours, a 60 mile move. I reiterated to the woman on the phone that this was a large, heavy safe and would require both know how and the proper equipment. They showed up with a U-haul and a refrigerator dolly. After watching them for about 10 minutes attempting to load a one ton safe on a dolly rated for 300 pounds, I stopped them. The woman who apparently runs the show refused to give me a refund, stating that I had misled them on the size of the safe. The movers looked like meth heads and quite frankly didn't want them in my mother's house. Super unprofessional, super dishonest, and super sketchy. Don't let these people within a mile of your stuff.

Professional Movers helped make my moving process so much better! They went above and beyond to help me when my new apartment was not ready on time, but I needed to be out of the old apartment on that day. They were punctual, enjoyable to be around, and worked quickly. I recommend their moving services to all my friends.
