Bryce helped us a week ago with transferring services from us cellular to nex-tech wireless. It was a breeze and the environment was personal and friendly. We received a call today to ensure our new phones and service were working properly. Glad we made the decision to go with nex-tech!

My brother and sister in law took me into nextech wireless to switch from straight talk wireless to nextech and I got a brand new iPhone 15 plus and I love it also Shawn is the rep who got me set up thanks Shawn love my new phone
My brother and I went in and Shawn helped me with an iPad it was the 10 generation iPad I absolutely love it and I absolutely love nextech wireless they are so much better than prepaid

Recently I got a phone from them except they didn't give me the phone that I was asking for I wanted the iPhone 15 pro, but I got the regular iPhone 15 instead aggravating!

Spoke to Shawn a couple of weeks back about switching from prepaid to contract I waited about two weeks before I decided but for someone who was a hardcore Samsung Android fan I can say with Shawn’s help switching to contract and apple I couldn’t be happier so if anyone is interested in switching or even upgrading go in and ask for Shawn I promise you that you will walk out happy

Great place to get yourself or a loved one a new phone or a tablet. They have all the best deal for Nex-tech wireless. I am only disappointed because they didn't know the tablet that was part of the promotion, and the sales rep didn't look for an SD card before I left. I had mentioned the SD card, and then, as usual, for me, I forgot. ??????

Completely screwed over by customer service. If you want good service and honest people go anywhere but nextech.. Also the name is not Jordan, a copy/paste reply which leads me to believe you didn't pass the message along to anyone, about the level of competence I would expect from my experience
