Workout here probably 4-5 times a year while I'm in town. Nicer than most gyms in Dallas Texas.There is also not a single particle of dust anywhere. They keep it insanely clean. Nice sauna, and equipment you'd only get at a "lifters gym" like this. MMA classes on top of that too.Ownership is awesome too. 5/5

I needed a workout while I was on a road trip for work. This turned out to be one of the nicest gyms I’ve been to. Pleasant surprise!

Hays is lucky to have a facility like Munch Fitness. This facility has great equipment and it very organized and clean. The staff are very welcoming and made me feel welcomed.
We are a clean, state of the art fitness center. Offering a fully equipped gym, with tanning, sauna room, and MMA studio. This is a big city quality gym in Hays, KS. Numerous award winning, including Cybex best gym in the Midwest, and top 10 in the nation. Great atmosphere and culture. Everyone welcome.
