“I needed to file a Protection 360 claim for my S21 FE and Brandon was the BEST!!! He was very patient and good natured through my afternoon-long issue of not only filing the claim for my TOTALLY destroyed phone but also getting into my online banking apps so that I could pay for the deductible. I felt like a huge problem monopolizing his time, but his calm demeanor and persistence of helpfulness made me feel a lot better about my situation. (Social anxieties SUCK!!!) He even let my fiancee know when he called to check on me that I was OK, since it had taken far longer than normal. Thanx again Brandon, ur AWESOME!!”

“Great place to get yourself or a loved one a new phone or a tablet. They have all the best deal for Nex-tech wireless. I am only disappointed because they didn't know the tablet that was part of the promotion, and the sales rep didn't look for an SD card before I left. I had mentioned the SD card, and then, as usual, for me, I forgot. ??????”

The employees are always friendly and ready to help whenever I need them. Also, the music makes for a better experience and keeps me moving to where I need to go. I never struggle with parking or carts being in the way because the employees always take care of them. Over all a great store to get your needs and wants met.”
