Lewis Toyota of Hays by far one of the best dealerships I have been to ever. Not only are they open to listening to your needs but provides a multitude of options satisfying those needs. The whole team was extremely helpful and the fact that the team works so closely to one another speaks a lot for the team itself. Despite my lack of knowledge on getting a car, the representative was extremely patient and receptive to our concerns. For anyone looking to get a car in the state of Kansas, I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anybody. The prices are unbeatable and the team is as friendly as family. We are from Arizona and on our road trip to Kansas, our Lexus SUV developed a noise from underneath the car. We called Lewis Toyota of Hays and asked if they could check it out and they said they would see what they could do. They took our car in quickly and repaired it for free! It was a loose airdam under the car. The guys in the service department were friendly and professional. We're so grateful to them and this dealership for helping to save our road trip!

Lewis Toyota of Hays is a first class operation. My daughter had a potentially catastrophic mechanical issue with her (non-Toyota) vehicle while driving from Missouri to Colorado. She was able to pull off at Hays, safely park the car and spend the night. We called Lewis Toyota of Hays first thing Monday morning and were helped by Robert in the service department immediately! He was able to send a technician at 8:30am to the parked car, jump start and drive it back to the dealership (left his personal car). Robert worked with me to handle all the details by phone. They made the repairs at a fair price and had my daughter back on the road within a couple hours! Can't say enough about Robert's helpfulness. Thanks!

My wife and I have been considering buying a new vehicle for a while now. We met Ethan Brummer at the dealership and he made shopping for a car so very smooth. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. We laid out our needs concerns with the next car. Ethan made a great suggestion on a car that we had not considered. They didn't have exactly what we were wanting, and Ehtan said he will call us when it's available. Highly recommend this dealership. When you go in, ask for Ethan.

I just had a truly great customer experience on New Years Day weekend Saturday. My wife and I were driving from CO to MI and really needed an oil change on our Highlander. On a whim I called the Service Department and spoke to a very polite and accommodating Robert Martin. He said he could work me in. A few minutes later a very friendly and respectful Robert Martin greeted me at the door and wrote up my order. Later a very good communicator Robert Martin kept me posted on the shop's progress and offered me one or two other optional service items while I was there, which I gladly accepted. Finally, a very pleasant Robert Martin rang up my bill and accepted my payment. I was on the road again in less than an hour and paid a fair price for this service. It was really a great customer experience. Thank you Robert Martin and Lewis Toyota of Hays!

Lewis did a great job.Great service after the sale.The car was exactly what I wanted they worked with me on the price.We did spend the extra money on the inside and outside protectant and it has made a lot of difference.To me it seems like the salt and grime from the group doesn’t stick near as much on our vehicle compared to the neighbor.

I would not recommend going to Lewis Toyota of Hays. They don't do a good job in the service they provide. I would not recommend servicing your Toyota vehicle here. The do not take care or service your vehicle properly. They also charge you for unnecessary things and also tell you some part has gone out but in real it is all good. I used to take all my vehicles here to get serviced but after the past few experiences I would rather drive another 90 miles at another dealership. Personally, I do not know how their sales team is but service team is terrible and rude. Also I forget to mention that their service is quick that they forgot to put engine cooliant water I had doubt they did not put so right in their parking lot I checked and showed the service guy that the cooliant water was not filled. Also one time I went for oil change and man I tell you they never did the oil change they. I would not trust them with my vehicles anymore. The just want get the job done but not do a proper job. If you are looking for something local to get your car serviced I would recommend G & L Tire & Automotive Inc located in downtown Hays. Think twice before going here. Lewis you lost my trust and business.
