I can't say enough about Lewis Ford and their service department, especially Kirby Schlyer. We were traveling 12 hours from home and had a transmission leak. Kirby got us a ride, helped us with a rental car and called us regularly to let us know about our truck. Kirby went above and beyond and should be commended for his work ethic and all his hard work.

The guys at Ford are always great to work with. The environment when I have to wait on my vehicle is wonderful. My experience is that the stability of staff, caring way they take care of my needs, lounge provided with coffee, vending machines and a time to have fun conversations with fellow customers is enjoyable and makes what isn't the most exciting thing in life to deal with very palatable. Thanks all!

Kaylene helped me figure out what vehicle I needed and I took it home that day. She was fantastic to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I test drove, and willing to answer questions about the vehicle even after I purchased it.

Noel was so helpful! He kept in touch with us every day as we worked thru insurance on our old truck until the settlement went thru and we could purchase our "new" truck. When we had questions, he got the answer for us. Noel did not "pressure" us in any way. Simply let us know he was there if we needed him. I will not hesitate to use Lewis Ford again, especially if Noel is my salesman!

They gave my wife a paper stating a higher interest rate. When we got in the finance manager kept pushing gap and extended warranty. We said no he kept talking about how he could add for only 10 more dollars on our payment well after he got her to agree he ended up extending the loan length on her and not letting us know the rate that was given before hand was 4 % higher then our actual rate and had we not tacked on the gap and warranty our payment would have been less. Very shady be careful when dealing especially if you haven't bought from a lot before. Salesmen seemed like a good guy though so I didn't leave a one star

I have used this agency for all my automotive service needs over the past 13 years. Excellent customer service and I can count on Ford to repair the vehicle the first time. They detected a bulkhead leak, provided an estimate, and had me schedule the date for repairs. Fast and efficient repair. Friendly staff, a decent waiting area, and they routinely provide recommendations on any trouble areas they detect when I bring the truck in for routine service. I purchased my F-150 in 2018 from Lewis and it's still in great shape! I will purchase all future vehicles from this dealership.

Overall, Lewis Ford of Hays did a great job working on my recall for my 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. The shifter bushing had a recall on it. However, they did tell me they would have it done in thirty minutes, they started on it at 8:00 am or a little after and did not get it back to me until 10:00 am. I do understand that things do happen.

My day started poorly when I flushed my key fob down the toilet at a local hotel. The staff and manager at Lewis Ford went above and beyond to track down a key fob that would work with my vehicle and get me back on the road. When the manager, Whitey, couldn't find a car on the lot with a matching fob, he drove home and got his wife's spare fob! Whitey even brought his laptop to the hotel parking lot to re-program the fob. What a great staff -- I can't say enough how pleased I am. I'm from a larger community where I'm not sure this type of service would have happened.
