This service department is great!
I moved here with a pretty new car under warranty. I’ve come in for a couple of issues and oil changes. The warranty portion was basically painless and worth every penny! The Service Advisors at the front desk, and on the phone, listen. So refreshing! I have great customer experience, and always so happy when I pick up my car at the end of it all. I am definitely going to buy my next automobile here at Lewis Hays. They did such a great job in the service department, I just had to review!

This post will be a long one. Let's start back from August 17 2023 when my jeep first arrived at this dealership for warranty work.Sometimes went wrong when I was on a road trip they couldn't get to it anytime soon so I went back home to NC, they thought it was the turbo actuator got a call in September letting me know everything was done. Sadly it wasn't it was something more at this point it was believed to be the turbo itself that was bad because the same issues was there as before. New turbo in and same issues. Back to the dealership we go. At this point it's believed to be something worse. Now with no vehicle to get home. Not only did this dealership find me a rental to get home in they got the warranty company to cover it. Fast forward a couple of months. Turns out it needs a new engine. A little while later warranty company is trying to deny the engine, but the shop manager Steve and One of the Tecs Robert isn't having it. They both bought tooth and nail for me and my jeep. Back and forth with the warranty company and Chrysler to get everything set straight for me. For 5 months they fought for me and my jeep. I'll forever be grateful for everything those 2 and this dealership did for me. Not many places would fight as hard for someone as they did. Thanks to them my jeep has a new engine and it's finally back home in NC where it belongs. If your jeep needs work and you want a dealership that has your back when you need it the most this is the place to go.

If they are buying your car, beware! They will offer you a low-fair price for your vehicle however, they want to take over the remainder of your loan and jack up your APR. Sad they want to be a bad banker more than a reliable dealer. I got a better cash offer and terms elsewhere even though I was upside down on my loan as most are these days.

The service department diagnosed an issue and repaired whereby other mechanics couldnt do. Back on the road and running great. Thank you

I recently moved back to Hays from Salt Lake City - and after my arduous cross-country journey, I needed some repairs on my vehicle. Lewis Chrysler provided excellent, efficient service. The costs involved were far more reasonable than in Salt Lake City. Highly recommend.

The service tech lied to my face and then told me to go get certified as a mechanic and come back and tell him what the issue was with my vehicle.
Then he lied to Jeep Corporate and Auto World about my vehicle

We were on a cross country road trip when we started having trouble with our 03 Dodge Ram. We kinda expected to be jerked around, since we were stuck and needed to get back on the road. Robert in the service dept took great care of us! We were in and out in under 2 hours, got a ride to the brewery for a great lunch and the bill came in under the estimate!
