He was very patient and good natured through my afternoon-long issue of not only filing the claim for my TOTALLY destroyed phone but also getting into my online banking apps so that I could pay for the deductible. I felt like a huge problem monopolizing his time, but his calm demeanor and persistence of helpfulness made me feel a lot better about my situation. (Social anxieties SUCK!!!)
