Rachelle is awesome! Knew exactly what I wanted and actually cut/colored/styled my hair EXACTLY as I asked! AND, she's done it 3x since, exactly the way I asked! She's truly a natural at hair. I found this salon on Google. What a friendly staff and Susan was ohmazing!!! She made my hair beautiful and other customers I saw leaving had smiles from their service too!!! Definitely recommend

Beware of this place. There is a sign that says 'Walk-ins welcome' but it really should say 'Walk-ins UNWELCOME'. After a week calling and trying to make an appointment for a simple and quick hair cut, I decided to walk in trusting what was on the sign. I was not welcome and was told that everybody was booked for the day and I should come back another day to see if other stylists would be available. So, stop by everyday to see if you have any luck! This should not be the way a business operates, and they are misguiding.

I usually don’t trust anyone with my hair, but Rachelle was amazing. She made sure that it was exactly what I was needing. I have since moved hours away, but the next time I need a haircut, I will travel back to hays just so she is the one cutting my hair.
