I was initially charged over $400 to file taxes from H and R in Hays. I am a homeowner but not a business owner. She lowered the amount to $375 but that's still pretty outrageous. That's double the amount of my actual state obligation and over half of my federal refund! Not using H and R block next year.

I would give 0 stars if possible, I handed in my tax documents in early November for an amended tax return, after many emails explaining it will get done soon. I have finally accepted it is not getting done (Mid - March at this point). Would recommend elsewhere if you can.

ive done h & r for years..torie is my favorite and always so helpful i dont want anyone else to do my taxes.. if you go there ask for her she is awesome and goes out of her way to help..5 star for her services..

They took over 5 months to do our taxes. We are a simple family to do. Nothing complex. Lied over and over about them being done and also dates they were supposed to meet were never met. NEVER use this company. They have no idea what they are doing and have awful communication with their clients.
