Worst service ever!!! Really dissatisfied with the level of service in the ER. They were rude and not honest at all. Would give them a 0 on service.

Everything! We can’t say enough positive things about Hays Med! We were there our first time 21 years ago and we’ve had several procedures there since. This past week my husband was there and Dr Shultz did an amazing job on a very complicated 8 hour surgery. We are in awe. My husband came home today and is doing remarkably well. Not one complaint about the entire staff. They are the best. What impressed me was how they are really polite and nice to each other! You don’t see that everyplace . All very professional, even the guy that brought food to my husband! Wish we could give them all a good start! Thank you all for your wonderful care!?

cut my thumb severely. need nb medical attention. went to convenient care in front of Mall there in hays. got amazing treatment from the front too CNA to the nurses and PA . got stitches and tetanus. well well trained and professional team. varying caring. said it was one of the worst cuts she seen. would highly recommend the clinic

My daughter Rebecca Rogge was never checked by nurses after being admitted she called and called took her own heart monitor off and no one came in! she could be died and no one even checked on her. I guess they just look at their cameras she Called down to have her 24 hour heart monitor picked up to be checked! I don’t think that a patient responsibility! We came to this hospital for help not to be put in a room and be left!
