Great customer service and very nice store. I wasn't aware of the warranty on tools purchased there, was very thankful for the information. Found everything I needed at great prices. Will definitely be back.

Full to the brim with locals! My dad calls his local Harbor Freight “the temple” which I argue with my wife as a better name for hardware store than a bar. I come here first for all my “crazy dad projects”
… sometimes I bring the kids!

I spent over $2k in this store, and at the time I didn’t have space for my purchases, so I asked politely if they could keep my tools, they said they could, I told them I’d be back 2 days later to pick it up. I went back and all of my stuff that I had already purchased was put back on the shelves of the store, I spent over 3 hours in that store getting everything I needed. Just to come to that, I asked to speak to a Manager, the Manager I spoke with was also very very rude, her name was Alicia. Then I asked if i could get some help with getting my stuff back to checkout again, in which she proceeded to tell me that nobody was allowed to help me find my products that I had already paid for. I am disgusted at the way she handled the unfortunate event. She also treats the employees like they’re children, barking orders at them left and right, I could hear her steaming across the store, that’s not how any store manager should perform, and Harbor Freight should be ashamed to even have hired such a coward. Her original location is Hutchison. I hope i never have to see her in another Harbor Freight.
