Always great service! Staff and technicians are top notch and provide quality service every time! Whether diagnosing a problem or just routine maintenance, the work is always first class. Comfortable waiting area and they keep you informed of the progress. The staff always provides any recommendations for service and areas that they will watch that may need to be addressed during the next visit.

I always have a possitive experiece when I bring my car in here to get it seviced. All the guys in there are very helpful and knowledgeable and they get me in and out in good time. They all deserve a big raise in pay as far as I'm concerned.

My kids (26 and 18) were on vacation driving across Kansas headed for Colorado when they started to hear a funny noise coming from the chassis. They texted me not knowing what to do. I told them to pull in to Lewis Ford and ask them to take a peek and hopefully get them back on the road without losing much time hoping that it was something simple. The service manager listened to the noise, diagnosed the problem (a rock stuck behind the wheel) and had them back on the road in about a half hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Great people taking care of our kids while they are on an adventure!!

I’ve been taking my car to Tyler for many years. Sometimes I work with other guys in the service department but I will say that I have always received excellent care for my car for whatever problem it had. Whitey and all the guys are excellent to work with and do a fantastic job. You won’t be disappointed if you have your car repair work done with them.

Tyler managed to help me out when I direly needed it and he was already swamped with work. I was on a road trip across the country and had a fault pop up and he made time to give me a quick run down and make sure I was safe to drive and gave some helpful advice. I can't thank you enough. We had a couple of rough patches trying to get my front seat fixed per a Lincoln "recall". It did get fixed after a few mix ups and the staff was professional when dealing with me on the issue. It was frustrating, but it did get resolved. Thanks!
