“I was very pleased, they had small hand baskets and open cashiers which I prefer to self-cashier. It was much better than the ones in San Antonio, TX. i wish I had a Walmart like this close to me house.”
“It's an older store and I'm pretty sure they have had problems keeping the doors open ever since the mall in which it's located has all but been abandoned. Despite the struggling surrounding businesses JCPENNEY has managed to maintain its foothold in the iconic mall of Hays America. The staff is always pleasant, not sure if they still have the salon inside anymore but I always have and I assume I will always enjoy their sales and deals on men's shoes.”
“A good supply of accessories fore tractors. Needed a knew trailer hitch and they had won. That made it for me. People where friendly enough as well. Dog friendly.”
“Sydney is AMAZING! My 6 year daughter and I went in to get her ears pierced. She had been asking for the past couple of years to get them done, so I thought she was ready. She went from being to excited to seeing the piercing gun and filling with fear…Long story short, she did not get them done. Sydney was unbelievably patient and professional throughout the entire HOUR I was trying to get my daughter to relax. Sydney explained everything she was doing, and asked permission before even getting close to my daughter’s ear. Ultimately we left without the piercing, but Sydney deserves so much praise for how she handled my daughter’s anxiety. Sydney— I hope you see this and know how much us mom’s value people like you!! I can’t thank you enough!!”

The employees are always friendly and ready to help whenever I need them. Also, the music makes for a better experience and keeps me moving to where I need to go.
