I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. We purchased a Kia Forte back in January, and the next day, I had to replace all headlights. 2 months after, the car showed a check engine light, so I had it checked. It was misfiring, so we fixed the problem (already almost $500) then a week later, I had the same issue! Down $200 again! 2 WEEKS LATER, I have spots on my driveway. The car was leaking transmission fluid! The previous owner made some changes under the hood, that Car Zone never checked out! I called the original dealership that sold the car to the auction that Car Zone purchased the car from, and they told me the car was so messed up, it wasn't worth fixing.
Car Zone never checked the car before they sold it! We traded that car in, and bought a hyundai tuscon, I loved it. Until less than 2 months of owning it went by, and my car randomly decided not to start. When I took it back to the dealer to have them look at it, they kept the car for 10 minutes and told me it was a loose connection (everything was on correctly, no dead battery, power systems all good.) It turned over for them fine, they didn't look at it. And then it started burning oil. We traded the car off, and found out that they sold us the tuscon at a higher cost than it should have been, and really messed us over with the financing.
tl/dr car Zone in hays is straight trash. Don't waste your money.

The two words I would use to describe experience at Car Zone...honesty and integrity. This is a top notch establishment and staff. They truly wanted to make sure I had the best vehicle for my needs. Thank you Greg and Alex...you will most certainly have my business for life.

My wife hurried home one day to find me in my garden. She says,”I found your truck!” She drives me over to Car Zone, we go in, and ask about it. The salesman (I presume) was dismissive and condescending. I know I wasn’t looking exactly how I would normally, but he shouldn’t have judged the book by its cover. My wife just whispered to me,”let’s go…” and we did. The truck sold, eventually, but I’m not going back here to buy anything.

Seemed more concern about making a sale instead of selling a good solid vehicle...have put more than 2500 dollars into a Ford 2011 expedition I haven't had barely 6 months...and top it off looking at another 5 to 8 hundred more...WILL NOT Be doing anymore business with these swindlers! Wouldn't suggest anyone else did either!

Bought a 15 jeep wrangler from there about 6 months ago. I noticed it had an alignment done to it and new tires put on. Well 3000 miles into owning it tires are destroyed. Also it had hail damage I couldnt tell when I test drove it because it was dirty sold to me as "excellent condition". I was also charged for features that this jeep didnt have. Also it has a unusual smell in the interior. When I bought it I thought oh no big deal probably just smells from it sitting on the lot for x amount of months. I was wrong about that too. I found a total of 23 scent trees stashed under carpet, under the roll bar, and various suspect places so I am assuming the terrible smell is never going away. Pay VERY close attention seem like this place likes to cover problems up instead of addressing them.
