One of the bays has a designated pet washing station; and if you need purified water or ice, this is about the most convenient place in town to get it!”

“This spring I had the opportunity to drive coast to coast from Massachusetts to California and back in a new Tesla. I was headed east on my way back when I stopped in Hays for the night. First time in Kansas! The night I arrived, I had a great steak dinner and vowed to check out Hays before I left for my next stop, Springfield MO. The next morning I drove around town and saw your carwash. The Tesla had accumulated a lot of road mess by this point. I pulled in, payment was a breeze (and cheaper than back east), got on the belt, put the car in car wash mode and then clunk clunk, the car wasn't in neutral and I couldn't figure it out. The guys working the wash that Saturday morning were very helpful and kind to this struggling old guy. In what seemed like hours (it was about 30 seconds), I figured it out and the wash commenced. In whole, your staff was awesome and the wash quality great. The guys could have been jerks but they weren't. I'm returning to Hays later this week for a better look around your town and the local area. Even though I won't be driving the Tesla this time, maybe I'll get a wash for the rental car!
