I locked my keys in my truck and was stressing out all day out to fix it. I then reached out to Augies and they came to where I was in 20 minutes and got my keys out in about 5 minutes also not to mention how nice these guys were in person and over the phone. Great service!!!!

I do not tend to leave negative comments but this in particular situation feels different and feels like it should be noted. I obtained keys from the dealership based on the vehicles VIN number not just a guess. The dealer did recommend Augies Lock. I needed two keys made, the turn around time didn’t make complete sense 5 hours for two keys but ok, professionals let them have it, get the keys back paid in full, mind you it’s 50-60 miles round trip for me so at this time I’m 100-110 miles for two keys, to find out the keys do not even come close to working. I wish I could post the picture I have that I sent to Augies the entrance slot isn’t even close to being in the correct position. I’m not a key guru but I know when something doesn’t look correct I would kinda think they would visually look not just wing it. Of course we play the blame game, said I got the wrong blanks, from the dealer, with a VIN…… not saying it’s not possible. Very disappointed, I will not ever return, I will be working with another Locksmith moving forward.
