The Good: Speed Queen equipment! Large and regular capacity. Ability to pay via an app on many of the machines. Air conditioning.
The Bad: The facility and machines are filthy. The washing machines have layers upon layers of soap, dirt, and mold. The soap dispensers are corroding due to the buildup, rubber seals are misshapen, and filled with wash debris.
The floors are grimy, unswept, and not mopped.
Bring a bottle of cleaner and rags then enjoy
those Speed Queens. The workhorses of laundry need a stable refresh and appreciated

The doors unlock at 6am. It was clean. They have many machines. The laundry came out clean. The dryers get hot and dried my jeans within 20 min.

Absolutely disgusting for a laundry mat, washing machines are growing nasty mold and look like they have never been cleaned or wiped down. Washers take your money but don’t work. I would give it a 0 star rating if I could, will not be going back. Trash and filthy.

Absolutely disgusting, washing machines are filthy business is filthy and you go here to wash your laundry……never again! The machines take your money but don’t work and won’t return the money. TRASH AND FILTHY! 0 star rating here.

$3 just to wash one load is crazy when I would still have to pay for a dryer on top of that. I'll just wash my clothes at my mom's apartments where it's a dollar to wash and a dollar to dry. You'd prolly have more customers if you lowered the washer price to 1.50 or 2 because nobody was even there washing clothes.

It's a great place to do your laundry especially because they have machines that accept pay range, only one in hays that does as far as I know.

Not a bad laundry mat. I like the fact that on some of the washers and dryers you can download an app and pay with your phone so no need to get change. I knocked off one star due to cleanliness but overall a nice laundromat

Half the dryers won't work right; they will only take 1 quarter then won't take any more so you have to play musical chairs trying to find one that does because it won't even give back your first quarter. You have to sit there and wait for the timer to run out before you can move your clothes to another dryer and try again. Had to move my clothes 3 times because of this! Some of the only working dryers are stained with some weird yellow paint so now I wasted $10 washing new clothes just to have the dryers stain them all yellow. Big sign posted that damage/accidents are not their fault. Bathroom smells horrible and is filthy every time I have been there and the lighting is so bad you need to use your camera light to see. Forget this place and go to the one on 27th Street.

Dirty every time we visit. Dirty floors, smelly bathroom with poor lighting. Many machines need cleaning and repair for corrosion and surface filth. Great vending machines and surprisingly an ATM on site. Good, long hours of operation. Sketchy customers, probably not a better part of town based on the clientele we saw there at times. A plus is the app based payment service on some washers and free wifi.

This place was good up until a couple of months ago and them all of a sudden the machines are double charging because of the way the owner has these machines programed and heaven forbid you ask for a refund of any amount they claim they have to track their refunds so they'll mail you a check instead of taking time to drop in and check all the security cameras Lord knows they have enough maybe spend some of that money to clean this place up or hire and attendant to manage this place I'll never come back here it's not worth the trouble
