My wife and I recently purchased a new camper from Harper Rv LLC. The initial purchase went well and we were very pleased with Jason the Sales Manager and Jamie the receptionist. Jason and Jamie were polite, professional, and helpful through the whole process. Come time for some warranty work, I had a discrepancy when it came to a bill that was given to me. Warranty work was done but other work was also done at the same time. Before calling and letting me know how much the work would be, they went ahead and did the work and told the cost afterwords. The shop manager Tony and I had a conversation on the phone and decided on a final bill price. Tony was very demeaning and would not agree that a call first would have been the appropriate action before racking up a huge bill. When I go to pick up the camper and pay the bill, Mike the owner meets me at the desk and with no professionalism in any manner, starts hounding me as a customer as to work done and why there was a bill. During this conversation he states that I am to pay the bill and am not welcome back after. I was never given a chance to have an adult conversation with him or Tony about the bill. Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional in every manner.

I have had them do several upgrades to my rv: Max Aire fans and a new 12v fridge. They do a great job and are friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought our camper here and always have it serviced here. Great service and no pressure sales. Honest service technicians will tell you what you need without trying to sell you something you don’t need.

We bought a used 2011 Jayco Baja Popup Camper and ordered 3 canopy legs from Harper Camperland. They ordered the parts from Jayco. We later found out being first time camper owners that the canopy was shot and needed way more parts, therefore not worth fixing. Jayco refused to let us return the parts. I will never own another Jayco camper. Harper Camperland land however reached out and Chad and the manager tried to make it right by giving us 1/2 our money back. They didn't have to but felt the need to do right by their customers. I will use them again and am very grateful for great customer service! Thank you!

Very nice and informative people. They always treat us so good when we go there. We ask a lot of questions and they answer them and if we don't understand they show us. I highly recommend them if you are shopping for a camper.
