Great customer service and they shop around for the best policy for you. Since they are brokers they aren’t limited to 1 insurance company. I have been with them about 13 years and been happy with the service I received. I have my business liability, personal property, home insurance, 5 vehicles, and an umbrella policy. Mark Jacob is my agent and he will take good care of you!

Charleston insurance is a great place to do business withthey'll work with you and find the correct insurance for whatever your needs maybe I have used them my whole life I have never been able to find a better serve insurance agent anywhere else even when I lived in Arizona I would still ensure most my stuff through them
