I love this pet store!! The owner is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable on her critters. It also has an amazing selection of reptiles and they are well taken care of!

The Critter Place is frequented by my Son n I! She always has what we need and is a Great Help when asking advice on the Critter your purchasing! Glad we have this place in Great Bend!

It smelled so bad that I couldn’t get the smell out of my nose for hours after leaving. Disgusting and sad for the animals. The woman at the register was not friendly at all. Will not be going back there.

I bought a hand fed cockatiel on 5/9/22 for my Mom. The lady who sold him to me was very nice. The bird is amazingly friendly, happy and healthy. I’m glad we chose this pet store instead of driving to Topeka like we originally thought we would have to. I recommend this place to anyone.

Nice friendly place bought a scorpion, Not sure why, but I did. It's the only place in Great Bend. They don't have any fish. But over all it's an ok place.
