Arrived to 4 employees smoking cigarettes out front. Trashed men's bathroom, managers office wide open with keys in the door, NO coffee. Only styrofoam cups for coffee. Most machines broken. Little to no toilet paper in women's bathroom. Crap.

They sold used Juul device to me. After 1 hour I realized that device is not working. It’s a dead device I putted on charge for one hour. Then I went to store to return that after 1 hour, but she said it’s non refundable. I have to buy another one.

This Kwik Shop is usually clean and the service is typically fast. They have a lot of products that are out of stock and they have a low selection of hot items during the lunch period. The location is great for those coming to Great Bend from the north. It is also close to the park, which is a plus. They have a reward program, but it is not that great. If you are in a pinch, this place is acceptable.
