“My husband and I bought some boards to fix our porch but when we got home they were the wrong size. So I went back to return them and exchange for the correct size. However this time I had to go by myself because my husband was at work and I'm not able to lift the weight of the lumber alone. I called ahead and they had Mark come out to my vehicle and helped me unload the lumber, then he took me inside and help me find the correct size. They already had the return slip waiting when I got back to the counter. It was a very easy Exchange and everything was done in a matter of less than 10 minutes. I was very grateful for their help. They went above and beyond. So I would like to say thank you to Mark for helping me load and unload the lumber. And thank you to Nikki who helped the exchange go smoothly. You were both a huge help!”
