Why do the employees seem so dang miserable every single time??? For a place that takes donations they sure like to charge in the high range on most items as well.

Love the baskets that turn into carts....just wish I could use them to haul my purchases the 3 blocks to my apt after shopping.I agree that the prices are pretty high, for clothes at least. On the other hand they will let you shop for free clothes ($25 including tax) once a year w/local ID.Also agree it would be great to be able to exchange purchases for store credit within a week w/receipt & attached tags so it wouldn't be necessary to try everything on in the very limited dressing rooms, only 3 garments at a time, while shopping.Ending on a positive note, I love the new hours, open everyday and til 7:30pm 6 days/wk. That's almost late enough even for a wait til the last minute type like myself. I'm excited to try to make it there one night soon and shop for free!
