When our refrigerator failed last year, they were able to get out and diagnose it very quickly for us, as well as get us into a new refrigerator within a day when it was found out our old one was beyond repair. They stand behind what they sell as we recently had an icemaker quit, to which they were very quick to come out and repair for us. Thank You!”

She even came in on her day off to help my parents get their phones all set up. I can't speak for Crickets service yet, but Yulisa provided fantastic customer service and we greatly appreciate her work!”
