I swear, are you tell when I call up here or Hutch I get no response I had my phone for about eight months my phone been acting stupid since day one the crew members are amazingly but this is towards everybody needs to answer that phone. I’ve been calling since day one I had this phone for eight months. And I know this place is open in Great Bend. I got the iPhone SE second GEN. I’ve been acting dumb been calling people that I don’t want them to call them then on top of that my front camera just went out so please let me know what I should do. I’m not trying to be at. A jerk I’m not trying to be anything but I am trying to get my phone working the way it needs to like I said the crew members amazing but I cannot operate on this phone the way it’s going but whoever this John guy is, I would like you call me personally I reach out when I call up there. Nobody answer that phone. I’ve been like this for eight months. Close enough to laugh whatever I do. But like I said if somebody could answer that phone up there that be awesome because I know 99.9% of the time you guys ain’t do or at least standing around. Please answer your phones.

This store has a star employee who deserves recognition. Yulisa went above and beyond in helping us get our phones, despite difficulties thanks to our current providers. She even came in on her day off to help my parents get their phones all set up. I can't speak for Crickets service yet, but Yulisa provided fantastic customer service and we greatly appreciate her work!
