The loan process that the credit union has was great and easy to complete. They communicate every step of the way. We live in Alabama and the vehicle was in Tennessee. That could have been a nightmare but Geneva made it one of the best vehicle purchases we have had. We appreciate what Geneva did for us and how the credit union handled the loan process.”
