Never open and the hours are ridiculous.9:30 TO 4 closed weekends. and the ATM is always down. Not to mention it's in the same lane as the drive up window! If all you need is the ATM you have to wait!!!

Bank with them for a few years and needed to cash a check from someone that's is also a Bank of the west customer told me need to hold check. I closed my account do to them wanting to hold check from same company. Bad Buiesness.

I have banked here for years and used the night depository a few times. A couple weeks ago I put an envelope with cash and checks in it that never showed up in my account. I called the local bank and head quarters. Nothing was done to fix or look into the issue. I don't know if it got lost or what, but I am switching banks.

Seemed to be a low score due to only negative reviews. I've used Bank of the West for as long as I can remember. Both the Larned and Great Bend branch.Never had any trouble.

They mess up and then they charge their customers for it. Avoid at all cost. Will never use them again.
