THERE IS ALOT MORE PLUSES THAN MINUSES HERE, IT'S A GOOD HOSPITAL WITH EXCELLENT DSERVICESTHE MINUSES I FIND IS THE PATIENT PORTAL IS A MESS WHEN IT WON'T LET YOU RESET PASSWORDS AND IT DELETES YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING WHY, THE SYSTEM NEEDS SOME WORK TO FIX THE FLAWS IN THE SYSTEM i got to add the food is great the cooksput a lot of effort into making your meals really rhey alltreat you like family and help yougetreally care about youthrough some really tough times, because they show that everyone at the hospital caRegreat.

There's an individual on duty at this hospital at this very present time by the name of Tanya that is rude, nasty, and hateful. My family is experiencing a very traumatic emergency tonight with a family member and she has been extremely, and I mean extremely, threatening and hateful to a family member that arrived at the hospital and she had the same demeanor with me when I called. I will be following up on this!!

I was traveling from Colorado to Kansas City, when I had a medical emergency in Goodland. I was so incredibly grateful there was a 24 hour emergency room available to me. I can’t express how amazing the staff was during my two day stay. Paul and Jeff, in the ER, were calming and reassuring. Paul was so kind and sat with me, chatting to help calm me down. I was alone and this was so helpful for my anxiety. Both Paul and Jeff checked in on me the next day. My floor nurses, Stacy and Tonia, were equally wonderful. Stacy celebrated with me when my problem resolved itself and she was so mellow and calming. The aids were very attentive and kind as well. I appreciate this hospital and their marvelous staff SO much.

I had a medical emergency Christmas day. The staff were incredibly helpful and the doctor knew exactly what to do. Thank you. I was home recovering within a few hours.

I cut my thumb pretty deep. I came in last night too get stitches. The staff was very nice and very skilled at their jobs. I was in and out in less than an hour with 2 stitches. I highly recommend.

I have been dealing with this hospital since 2012 or so. I switched doctors and thought using the er for emergency only would be ok. Years later, last night, I ended up at the ER. If you have PTSD drive 30minutes to a different hospital. If you don't tolerate disrespect drive 30 minutes to a different hospital... Seriously unless you're unconscious and have no say in the matter drive the 30 minutes to a different hospital. However, Whoever Dr. Steve was last night thank you! You were the only logical thinking person in the er last night, not only were you gentle but very business and got the job done! You sir must not be from Goodland. I'd go to your website and leave an amazing review if the nurses had been a little bit not thinking that they're God's Gift to the sick. Just too bad it's like gladiator night getting through the nurses to see you. You are the only reason they got the second star. I won't ever use the er again.

Will not recommend this hospital to give you a ultrasound. Back in 2016 they told me I was having a baby girl first time parents so we didn’t know what we was looking for. But as them being a dr and knowing about ultrasounds I figured they tell us no they didn’t on my ultrasound picture they just put “it’s a Girl” that’s it.. come to find out at my 30 week 4D ultrasound I was having a baby boy!!!!! Definitely do not recommend this hospital

Evidently the world wide pandemic is not enough for the specialty clinic to practice mask requirements or safe distancing for patients. No masks on any of the staff out in waiting room.
