Lazy as hell, got there at 10:30 and they close at 11. Workers said they couldn't help us cause they didn't have the right people there. Why do they close at 11 if they won't do there job at 10:30.

Associates are very crafty about avoiding you, so they don't have to help. Then you go to the service desk and the training these people have is so poor. They are argumentative and haven't got a shred of polite customer service. I only wish Goodland had somewhere else to go.

We needed help with paint. We were told the person who is trained in paint was busy and no one could help us. So we left and went somewhere else.
