I first visited this post office Saturday morning to mail out packages to family in Florida. Karen was so nice and helpful! She advised me about pricing and weight for packages I may mail out in the future. My family received their packages today! Thank you Karen, you’re delightful and we appreciate the service you provided to us!

Once again did not get packages . Our tracking shows it was delivered in parcel. No key was left in our mailbox. This is getting really bad. Someone needs to do something. This is why we have locked boxes so we know we get our mail. But we still don't get it. Our mail gets put in wrong mailbox all the time.

Office staff are nice, but our mail carrier is extremely rude and is easily frustrated by minor inconveniences. She's ripped up grass and thrown gravel in our driveway by speeding through it because she was mad there was a car sort of in her way and she's been returning our mail to sender on random occasions for no reason as far as I can tell. Very frustrating.

I’ve always had a great experience here! Been in this area since 2015, and because we live within a certain area of the P.O. are required to have a box. Not a huge fan of that…BUT always get great service - super friendly employees! They allow me to get my packages after hours if they’re still in the building - they go above and beyond!

Bunch of great ladies work here, friendly, caring and packages always well taken care of. Move to goddard back in 2014 and never had a issue.

I love our Goddard post office and the ladies who work there. Always very helpful and very pleasant. I truly appreciate all their efforts to keep us safe as they’re following COVID-19 guidelines above and beyond any other business I’ve visited during this time!

Consistently do not deliver our mail. Also deliver mail of others to our home. We have tried repeatedly to work with them to correct the issue with our carrier/carriers.

We was expecting a certified letter. It was returned to the dealership. With a note unable to located party. We live right behind the mailboxs at the trailer park.

Had a delivery exception sending a package to this area and called the post office for more information. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Seems like a very well run operation. I was impressed.
