“I wanted to share my experience about one of the associates at this marketplace Walmart. Her name is Erica. I have been there at least four or five different times when Erica has been working and I am always just so impressed. All of the customers she greets and ask them if they found everything OK. I was impressed the first time but to see that she is that way every time I’m in there is just really impressive. They are lucky to have her as an associate!”

“I've changed my eating habits, and I can appreciate a store that offers options for people with grain intolerances. Here I can find noodles that I can eat. There's grain-free pizza, healthy chips, tasty sugar-free chocolate w/o sugar, fillers, preservatives, additives, or any other nonsense. It's also where I buy my collagen and anxiety relief supplements. My top pick among grocery stores, and I hope to see more in Wichita!”

“Dillons has by far the very best quality fuel. I travel often and my car shows me the how many miles I get per gallon and Dillons gives me the fuel that lasts the longest. Plus, if you’ve got fuel points, that’s a bonus, often making the price unbeatable.For example, I can get up to 550 miles on a full tank of Dillons gasoline. If I fill up in Oklahoma at OnCue, I can go as little as 280 miles and that’s with NO Ethanol. It’s unreal, but I promise it’s happens enough for me to go into this much detail.”

“Dillon’s pharmacists are the kindest and most reliable I’ve dealt with this past year! For some reason pharmacies in all stores in the area have been buzzing and have had long lines and lots of hustle and bustle these past two years. Not sure why they have been SO busy, but it must be stressful. In spite of this, I haven’t found any curt or uncaring behavior from any of the pharmacists and pharmacy workers within the Dillon’s store at Central and Maize in Wichita! On the contrary, one of their team was most sympathetic to me on a day when (do to medicine shortages and doctor’s prescribing new, untried and true meds for my son), I had confessed I was losing hope of the matter ever resolving. She stopped and took the time to reassure me, saying not to lose hope, and all would be all right in time. She also listened and gave me some suggestions, as well! I went out of the store with tears in my eyes; all I’d needed was to have someone empathize and care, which she certainly did! My deepest praise and thanks to Dillon’s Pharmacy workers at Central/Maize store! Wish you didn’t have to work under such busy, stressful circumstances and I wish there was something I could think of to do for you in return for your constant kindness. You make going through the rough stuff a little easier!! ☺️”

“Today's visit I saw more managers and people in charge than I ever have in years past. Employees were dismantling displays and cleaning, rearranging items left and right and men with one name on their name tags for pointing and directing things to be changed all over the store. Obviously these guys are from corporate and or the big dogs.Huge grocery store with everything you can imagine. Besides the usual groceries, pharmacy, gas station, delicatessen, and household goods they also carry a nice selection of clothes and shoes. Usually there is even a discount coupon available if you ask an associate area. Location is convenient in New market square but watch the busy traffic.”
“13th and Tyler Dillons is not a super store but has a large selection, fresh produce, nice selection of deli, bakery, and floral items. Check out their clearance isle.”
“Some departments were spot on. (Priduce) others were a mess. The pricing is still confusing, and we still hate the card. We only shop Dillon's when we have to. Still feel like they are a used car dealer with their promotions. We can usually save 20% shopping elsewhere on the normal everyday items. The store brand is ok, but the kids won't eat some of the items. They have good pricing on their DSD items as loss leaders.”

“Yesterday (11/17/23) was my first time in this Dillons. I wanted deli chicken and I didn't want big box gross chicken, and my friend suggested that I go to Dillons. I just moved to the West side of town, so I decided to give it a shot.I went into the Deli and encountered the most lovely lady. Her name was Ms. Sherma.We chatted briefly and she was absolutely delightful. I ordered what I wanted and we chatted a bit more, then another very sweet lady, Joerita was working with her as well. She chatted for a moment as well, and both of these ladies were top notch customer service rock stars. The chicken was excellent.After work today (11/18) I decided to go back in there today to get a bit more chicken because it was so awesome.Sure enough, Ms Sherma was there, and recognized me right away. She recognized me immediately and just smiled great big and asked me if I came to give her a hard time, and we laughed a little. I asked her if they had what I wanted, and she doesn't cook, but she asked some lady that was working named Rose if they were cooking it, and that lady was blatantly disrespectful to Ms Sherma. She stated, "I don't know, I'm going on break," commenced to roll her eyes and sprint off. Terrible customer service and lack of team work.Ms Sherma found out how long it would take for my request and informed me. I went to walk around for a bit while waiting, and then ran into Joerita who was helping stock stuff on the floor in the deli area. She spoke to me and was very gentle and sweet.Ms Sherma and Joerita's attentiveness and excellent customer service ability went far above and beyond expectations. They were great.Also, today was Ms Sherma's Birthday! Everyone tell her Happy Birthday. Thank you Heather and Dillons for having awesome employees such as the above mentioned. They truly make a difference in Dillons customers shopping experience! Kuddos Ms Sherma and Joerita ❤️”

“Everything is good with this place..but I would say the restrooms need help!! Other than that it's a good place to stop in gas up grab something to chew on use the restrooms.”
