I had an issue with my Ring cameras not connecting to my wifi. Made a call and they showed up the next morning and had it all fixed in 30 minutes. Bill set me up with a newer modem and walked me through setting them up. Very helpful!

Require phone service to get internet to make extra money. Internet is decent but $100 a month is ridiculous.

Had a rough, but pleasant experience dealing with Craw-Kan as a new customer. I had fiber internet hooked up at my new home.The first couple of weeks the fiber internet kept crashing and rebooting. The technician, Rob made it his personal and professional endeavor to ensure I had working internet. Rob was quick to communicate, and quick to show up on my property to get things resolved and advocated for me on my behalf. Technical support was also professional, and courteous over the phone.Furthermore, technical support made things right by applying a 2 month internet credit to my account. Overall, the fiber internet itself is extraordinarily fast, especially for my location in the desolate country. Thanks Craw-Kan!P.S. Heck of a lot better than Cox Internet. I have crawkan for several years. They would get a five star, but my only problem is the minimal times ive had issues, its not always easy to get them resolved. But still a lot better than other service providers I've had.

I love our CrawKan! We only have Internet, but we never have any lag or buffering. Plus my Internet is cheaper than other big companies in my area. The service people are always wonderful. Thank You CrawKan for being awesome and coming to my house!

Took 3 guys 4 hours to do 4 tvs, this was their second trip, I have footage of them standing around their trucks talking most of the time, and when I called the office to report it. The office lady was rude and didn't know the proper way to go about handling it. Better work on your residential deminor, and as for the office lady learn to take notes and listen instead of run your mouth! It's called customer service.

My favorite telecom company. The bill never changes and there are no bs fees. The customer service is phenomenal when I have the rare issue, and the techs are always friendly. Working in IT for a living can make calling support a nightmare but they are very intelligent and flexible.

After my Grandma's passing Craw Kan did a deep dive to contact out of state family members who were zero part of her life to split the capital credits. We reached out multiple times telling them the situation and what she wanted. Even having her will. They looked up her obituary and said we would have to take it to court. We have yet to see the money (it's been 9 months) as they can't find the contact information for these people and have asked us for it. My Grandma would be devastated to know her money is going to people who disowned her instead of where she wanted it. So much for small town service.After many calls we were told the only thing to be done was for us to provide the others information so we could at least get our "cut." Since we can not consciously go against my Grandma's wishes you were told to keep your money. My Grandfather (her husband) is who Craw Kan purchased our phone company from. After YEARS of service she trusted Craw Kan to keep their word. What a shame.Beware: capital credits are split between all living children, if one is passed it is then split between ALL their children also. Regardless of the deceased wishes.To be clear, this isn't about the money. It's about a small town company finding no solution. It's about craw kan saying "we know it's not right" yet no change.It's not right. And people should know.

When the speed is fast, it's great. However their website says they don't throttle your internet? That's a lie. Once my usage goes over around 150mbps you can immediately see it drop off and become choppy, basically making all that internet speed next to unusable unless you throttle it yourself.Edit: As my PC, where I’m experiencing this issue, is connected by ethernet this is not a wireless problem. Downloads become stable once you throttle them to below 130mbps, but immediately drop to zero and refuse to stabilize if you don’t.
