“I call to ask a question to a manager or get someone else opinion about something that happened with my loan officer and they just transfer me to my loan officer. It a good bank and have always help me out. Love my loan officer she’s super nice and helpful but this last loan I did has been a nightmare and anytime I wanna get someone else opinion on what going on with my loan I get transferred to my loan officer.
Edit: just a few hours after posting I was contacted by a manager and had a good conversation. They do go out of their way to help with whatever they can. This isn’t to scare anyone off I live 30 miles from the nearest one and still choose gnb over any other bank.”
