Several times I reached out to Bob with Quality Auto. I cannot express how nice it is to have someone who is not a big company owner out to get all the money and he truly cares. He can even fix hybrid cars that no one else can and has always taken the extra steps to make sure I can get to work in a vehicle. Could not recommend this place more and with 3 vehicles fixed by him, I will continue to use him if anything happens to my vehicles.

Hey yall. I was visiting the area and had car problems. Quality told me they were busy but would try to fit me in, because I was a traveler. They determined the problem but were not able to get the part they needed for a week. I asked, "...if I can find the part faster could you install it...". They said yes, (I understand shops reluctance). I drove four hours round trip, had the part to thier shop, at open the next day. And 2 hours later was on my way. BTW, I actually paid more for the part than the shop quoted me. Righteous folks. Thank you so much.

My first experience with quality auto was very good I came to iola from Leavenworth 2.5 hour's a coil went bad on my expedition bob quoted me a very fair price said he could do it next day I told him my hopes of getting back to Leavenworth for work he made it happen 2 hours later I'm back on the road very much appreciated what he did I then talked to him about getting my dad's 52 Ford that as not run in over 15years back on the road he immediately came and got it tonight 3 days later I came back to Iola to visit my mom and dad's car is running better than it has in 40 years bob and his dad are great at costumer service I wish we had them in Leavenworth Iola has a real gem

I took my car in to have the A/C checked out since it was blowing hot air. Bob was great! He found the real problem and replaced the part that was bad. I am very impressed with the work he did in my car. I feel that I was charged fairly for the work he done. Great Job Quality Auto!

Excellent Customer Service. As a parent of an Allen Community College student—it just takes a phone call and they have ALWAYS took the time to look at her car when she thinks something might be wrong.
