They forgot to develop my film, I dropped off in July… it’s September

Couldn't drop off a time sensitive FedEx package. Their printer wouldn't print and the girls behind the counter had no idea what to do beyond trying to print it again. They were like "gee I don't know, guess we can't help you today". Are people not even trained on basic troubleshooting steps for the services they provide? Decent place to get propane otherwise I'd give 1 star.

Why have a drive thru pharmacy when they never have the drive thru open? So instead when you go inside the line is super long and backed up. Seems like you can’t pickup meds here without it taking over 20 minutes. They have also told me I didn’t have any refills left when I clearly did and they admitted this once my dr called. Gardner needs better pharmacies here.

This store is very busy. They have been filling my medications for over year. Helpful and friendly people work there.

I was on hold for almost 2 hours, when I mentioned it. I was told she didn't even know anyone was on hold.
Maybe check your phones since you work with sick people.
Don't know which is worse Walgreens or CVS. Maybe Wellsville pharmacy.

Absolute worst pharmacy to have in the Gardner area , such a demand for folks medicine yet they seem to always inconvenience you and act as though you inconvenienced them. Hours after prescription has been called in they still won't have it ready and will have you waiting in the drive thru for hours on end & staff is extremely rude.

Dropped off a simple written prescription to be filled mid day yesterday and here I am a day later still waiting for it to be filled. Recommend going to walmart to get prescriptions filled, you will get them back the same day

Really wish I could give no stars! I called ahead and asked if they had a drop box for unused medication or if there was a better opinion. I was told, "absolutely, so long as there isn't a need attached we can take it". I show up and then they changed their mind and say they don't have such a thing and to go to the police station. This is after telling them I drive a semi and can't show up at a police station since I can't park the truck and 53' trailer.
Why should I expect more? I know I wasn't worthy of a consultation when I initially picked up the prescriptions in the first place. I had to verify my address based on old information in their database rather than a driver's license.
They waste your time and treat you like you are an idiot. Definitely not using them again and will hoof it to another pharmacy.

Doesn't communicate delays in prescriptions, unhelpful, argumentative. Unwilling or incapable of showing empathy and an all around poor customer experience.

Walgreens used to be a great company. The entire organization has nose dived since 2020, but in particular the pharmacy is an absolute train wreck. Getting someone on the phone is impossible, getting a timely fill of a prescription requires badgering them, they are always short staffed and now for no known reason today on a Thursday at 4pm I call to get a prescription filled for a sick family member and they are “temporarily closed”. Congrats CVS, Walgreens literally destroyed itself.

This is the most consistent business I frequent. The pharmacy is consistently understaffed. My auto-refills are consistently “delayed” until I call and request your Rx is filled, and then it’s filled within the next 30 minutes. The waits inside are consistently long, and the drive thru is even worse.I’ve filed complaints at the corporate level and it didn’t help. Sadly, this pharmacy is the only one in Gardner that accepts my insurance, otherwise I would have switched when I moved to the Gardner/Edgerton area 8 years ago.

The absolute worst pharmacy team in the world perhaps. Every single time I have come here for a prescription it’s a nightmare. Today I came in to pick up a prescription for my father that was sent to them over 24 hours ago. I’ve had problems in the past so I waited until the next day in hopes they would have it ready for once. Nope. I go into the drive thru and they say something about an issue with insurance that I can only get a 7 day supply or pay out of pocket. I then give them a workers comp card that is supposed to cover the bill. They take the card and leave me sitting by the window with many cars behind me for over 10 minutes, the lady comes back and says they finally got the card figured out but that my prescription hadn’t been filled yet and to “pull back around and we will have it ready for you”. No, it should already be ready because the doctor sent the prescription to you guys over a day ago. It’s pathetic how incompetent this pharmacy is. Never get a prescription filled here. They are lacking the skills necessary to run a pharmacy in an efficient manner.

Was told it would be 2 hours. Went back 2 hours later and was told to try again tomorrow. I'm only sick enough the dr gave me meds but Walgreens doesn't care about that it would appear.

Was in the pharmacy today, Ashley at the register and Josh the so called pharmacist are the worst. Walgreens has gone so down hill in the last 2 years. For the first time in my life I am heading to a different pharmacy. Good ol Josh told me walgreens pharmacy does not run well because of corporate decisions - that's why folks are not getting the meds they need. Wow. And rude to boot. Ashley at the register is unable to even access patient list. After pointing out how they treat patients is why so many have left I was told not to be rude. Lol. Bye.

I continuously wait 6-7 days for them to fill each of my medications even when they are in stock. It’s often they even lose my filled prescriptions then I have to wait for them to refill them. How is this even legal when people are put on medication because they NEED it and may be a matter of life or death?
