I went grocery shopping at Price Chopper they have a neat clean and fully stocked store although the prices are a little high they are everywhere these days. The staff is friendly and I've never had any problems with finding what I was looking for they have a very organized store.

Came for lunch at Austins. parking here is plentiful and easy.

Went to P T there really liked my therapist. She talked to me to distract me from the pain that I was in while rubbing my ankle and foot. Very professional.
