I was really surprised at how easy and quick the process was to file taxes. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Patricia was a delight to talk to and didnt make me feel judged or guilty for filing late. Its expensive but stress free

Not only where they super rude to my wife when she called, they couldn’t answer a simple question of how we could pay of state income taxes. Terrible service expecially for how much we spent with them

H & R Block are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been coming to H & R Block for almost 10 years. I have never had a single issue with them. Tommi was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get the best refund possible.

I usually have good experiences at this location but, this year it excellent! The tax lady this year, Catherine Hansen, really hit it out of the ballpark! She was friendly and yet professional! She also got all the taxes done and waited on me even when I forgot some documents at my house nearby. She wasn't even frustrated like most people would be. And her talks makes it feel like your not at a DMV or Hewitt Jackson! It really livens up the whole 'going to do taxes' ordeal! 10/10 Would do taxes with her again

the tax preparer was very knowledgeable on what she was doing. made me feel at ease during the process. also, Brandy answered the few questions i had regarding the process. i'll definitely be back next year. i give Brandy 5 stars for her performance.
