On the first morning of our stay we were awoken at 7am to the fire alarms going off. The fire fighters inspected a smell of smoke in the hotel but it ended up just being a field fire nearby! Breakfast was actually pretty good! Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, juice and milk. Our room is comfortable with plenty of outlets although the air was a bit stuffy. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean and had plenty of towels and coffee fixin's. The furniture and bath fixtures were in excellent condition. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, helpful, and efficient - Elijah in the evening and Roger the next morning. We were able to change our reserved room upon check-in to be on the other side of the hotel, away from the freeway. (Although we had to switch from King to Queen to do that.) The room was perfectly quiet during the night. It seemed like a nice, safe neighborhood. The free breakfast had a good selection & was tasty; the breakfast area was tidy & clean, too. Overall, an excellent choice & we'll stay again next time in KC.

I can only say that from the night I checked in, I felt defensive since, as the night staff pointed out, I was not a priority and would have to move if someone else came later. I stayed here over a week and didn't get my bathroom cleaned one time. Just new towels. I spoke with Trent directly Monday, and he assured me I WOULD NOT have any more issues after he gave me my king bed. That same bed was only made up with the same sheets the entire week.?? I will say this, if you all feel some type of way about MOORISH/Black men staying IN your hotels, please just tell us upfront. We are not sensitive like that, I can happily spend my money somewhere that will look at the color of my money more so than my skin. I'm in hotels 48 weeks a year as I travel for my company as a FLEX driver. I'm considered one of the best in the world with over 25 years of CDL experience and not one issue ever.So, to come back to my room day after day and completely be ignored was very disturbing. I won't ever stay here again and if you look like me don't waste your money, we are NOT WELCOMED HERE.You might ask how I know my bathroom and bed was not cleaned one time this week. Well my stomach was acting up last Sunday and I didn't have the tools to clean the toilet correctly, requested it to be cleaned and as I leave I still have the exact same look. Sheets had a mark I put in the corner. Reason I'm writing this is because I thought they finally did it Friday after a week, but something told me to look and yep, they only toilet flipped the sheet over and remade the bed ??Rooms: UpdatedFood & drinks: Everything 10 min away

Stayed in room 510 two weeks ago. They guy who checked me in was wonderful and very customer service oriented wish I would've have gotten his name! I stayed one night, when I left the next morning during my commute I noticed that my arms were both itching, and I had welps from bed bug bites from my shoulders down to my wrists on both arms. I called the hotel and had difficulty getting to talk to anyone as each time they put me on hold for a lengthy amount of time. I finally got through and talked to a Karen I told her my concerns and her response was "well we already have that room rented to someone else, there's nothing we can do until Monday. I will leave a message for my manager to call you." Never did I receive that call from the manager I also filled out a survey requesting a phone call buy never have heard anything from that either. I just wanted to make sure someone was aware so they could fix their problem and other guests would not experience the same thing I did.

We reserved a block of rooms for a nearby wedding. The process of getting a block of rooms was laborious and frankly, very difficult. The staff member was less than helpful and in some communications, she was flat out rude. Calling was not an option as you only talk to corporate Hampton...never the hotel directly. Going into our wedding weekend, this review would have been a 1(or lower). However, the front desk staff were excellent. They were helpful and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. They exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in great shape and is a nice hotel...rooms were comfortable. Thanks again to the front desk staff.

Absolutely wonderful experience and great staff. I only stayed one night but I know the excellence would have continued. The room was wonderful, the beds were beyond comfortable, and the staff was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your help during a stressful time!Safety: I felt very safe during the stay. Never worried for a second and I have anxiety disorders lol.

Very nice hotel. Great hot breakfast. Nice inside pool. A bit pricey for the area. Right across the street from the Walmart.

Easy check in experience and they had plenty of complimentary items for those like me forgetting a toothbrush and razor. Breakfast available til 10am. Clean rooms. Solid work out area as well. Plenty of parking here.

Easy check in on phoneAsked for maid service but never got any during a 5 day stay.Only 1 Tesla charger working. Maid was parking in the Tesla charger spot of the working charger in a non EV.

Hampton never disappoints. We had no reservation as we had a family emergency, we needed a room and early check in.Karen at the front desk went above and beyond, and got us a room and made sure we had everything we needed, Karen was a God-send.Because of Karen, I will always pick Hampton Inn as my 1st choice.Rooms: Exceptional clean room
