Continuous issue with our family membership. For the last 5 times we’ve came by to wash our vehicles the gate will not open for various reasons. Each time we have been patient in working through the issues and told we won’t have a problem next time cause everything is fixed. Today was the last time for me, I’m tired of paying a membership to always have to fix it.

I was a member last year but didn’t use my membership so I canceled. In April I went for a car wash and from then they have been charging my card this morning called them talked to Patrick and the issue hasn’t been resolved $changed me $26 .28 in June $26.28 and today $43.78buys be aware.

Yeah, I'm done with this car wash
Tried it for 2 months
Nothing ever works
Pay for Tire shine it's been down for about 3 weeks now
Before the rinse feature
Was broken
It never gets your car cleaned. I have to go through multiple times just to get bugs off. Good thing had unlimited, but I don't have time to go through the car wash four times
Every single time, it hits my mirrors and flips my mirrors backwards,
and I drive a 23 Toyota Tacoma,
so it shouldn't do that, but it does
Going to the car wash across town it's a dollar cheaper

I’ve been going to this wash now for almost 2 years with the basic plan and it’s a really good wash. I’ve never had any issues with scratches or other types of damages to my car. If you wait in line for awhile they will give you the best wash normally which is really considerate. Also enjoy the free dash wipes and air fresheners they give out periodically. Overall a fantastic wash and you get what you’re paying for. Also an amazing friendly staff as well.

I canceled my membership December 2023 with multiple inquiries over the website and two time physically in person at this location. I have been told my membership was canceled under my vehicle, however my card was still be charged. I have paid around $200 since I canceled. I finally was able to take to a manager, Patrick, in the beginning of April and he found my card was being charged and told me he would call me the next day to get me a refund. It’s been 3 weeks and still no call. I have left numerous of voicemails, messages with employees to have Patrick call me, then I physically went up there and an employee took my name, number and a note to have Patrick call me!!! I watched him walk into Patrick’s office and give him the note. I still have not heard from him and I still get voicemail when I call. My frustration results from no communication, no matter how hard I try to be civil. Charging my account for almost 6 months, while telling me it’s canceled + not returning calls after reassuring me there will be a refund is far from fair as a loyal customer.
