Ummm here it says you guys are open till 11pm everyday but yet every other Wednesday you guys are closed before 9:20pm????? I’ve even came on some Saturday nights to find y’all closed before 9:20pm…have your hours changed???

Worker kept pulling up his pants while wearing gloves and making my pizza. I watched the whole ordeal happen. This would not fly during a health inspection.

It’s very disappointing to see the decline of this store over the past few years. It is very dirty and unorganized. The slushee and ice cream machine are always broken. There is rarely pizza in the warmers. The kitchen has repeatedly been closed in the morning. The manager is rude and does not take complaints seriously. We started driving further to go to the other Casey’s.

Dirty, nothing is stocked, pizza is empty or old. A couple times in the last year the credit card terminal was down. They should really just close this Casey’s. Literally ANYTHING would be better than this place.

I'm a regular at this Casey's and this is what I notice daily. This has nothing to do with the people who work at this Casey's day to day. The employees are so nice and the ONLY reason I still frequent this Casey's (especially the lady who wears her hair in braids). You can tell they are horrendously overworked and overwhelmed for this company. Most of the time there's only 2 people (sometimes only one!) working at this Casey's so usually there isn't food out during busy times for each meal. Do better for your employees because your customers take notice and are being effected by poor store management too.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks by phone...pizza was ready 15 min past the time they gave me for pick up. Didn't realize it was the wrong pizza until I got home with it. I didn't have time to go all the way back to return it. If you have a busy family life and depend on things to be ready when you're told they will be and have the order to be correct then you probably do not want to order from this Casey's. Very disappointed!

I ordered pizza and groceries via their Casey’s Rewars App and they use a 3rd party “delivery system” I didn’t receive all items in my order and the manager refused to offer me a refund for missing items. It was my fault I couldn’t drive to the store in which I paid for delivery/tip.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and kind! The spicy chicken sandwich and coffee were good and fresh. Only downside is the lack of places to eat at if eating inside.

I usually only go to QT but I was at the liquor store next door and wanted a snack. I got weird vibes from the workers who acted like I was bothering them by entering the store. They stopped their conversation to stare at me when I entered. Either greet me normally or ignore me and keep talking to each other. I would rather be ignored than stared at. QT only from here on out!

I am only leaving one star because I love their pizza… When they have it. Why post signs all over saying whole pies ready to eat from 3 to 7 when three times now I have been in there and there are none? Ever. false advertising.

Worst Casey’s in Kansas . Nothing but zombies work here . The ladies can’t stop moving her head wobbles like a bobble head. No one has people skills . The sun sandwich station hasn’t been since Covid . This is horrible
