Above and beyond service! I pulled up to get my check engine light code scanned but my kid fell asleep on the way. Not wanting to wake them up or leave them in the car I called into the store and told them I was outside and needed the code scanned. Within seconds Wesley came out and scanned the code, went back inside to print off the papers for me, and brought them back out to my car for me. He was kind and professional through the entire experience. I thoroughly appreciated the willingness to accommodate to the situation at hand. I highly recommend this autozone! And if Wesley’s manager is reading this . . . That man needs a raise!

Went up to ask questions on how to fix a loose battery terminal, and received amazing service by an employee named Hannah! She told us that we didn’t owe her anything given she just fixed it with a spare part laying around. Amazing customer service and great knowledge! Thank you Hannah!!

i HAD A BATTERY GO BAD AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. When I took it back the man said he would have to charge it for a hour. after some discussion he put the battery on the counter and said leave. I am 83 years old I ask him. to put it in my truck he said not my job

Salesman sold me the wrong oil cooler gasket. Looked the same as original design. Once installed and car started all my new oil poured out onto the driveway. Huge mess. Took gasket off and back to store for correct gasket. It was made of a different material. Had to buy another 5 gallons of oil, plus oil dry. Store manager was out of town. I was told he would call when he returned. Been almost 2 weeks and no call.
