T.J. Maxx is a store with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It always has a great selection of all kinds of stuff, including clothes, home utensils, pillows, pots, pans, and plates. Many items are on sale. The staff is always accommodating, knowledgeable, and very nice, often going above and beyond with gracious customer service. It is perfectly average and reliably popular, like a familiar favorite where you can find hair products and other different things.
The staff is always so accommodating and knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The staff that are cashiers are absolutely amazing. I've watched as some have been treated awful by customers and they continue to be gracious.
