Talked to Clayton yesterday on the phone, told him what my pc was doing and I asked him if he could put windows 10 back on the pc, he said there was stuff he could do and so I said I would be in the next day. Today I get there after driving 80 miles and he basically does not want to help me. Kept saying it’s easy to do at home and he didn’t want to charge me all this money for what I needed done. I told him I don’t know much about computers so that’s why I was willing to pay for the services. He doesn’t seem to want to help. Steer clear of him.

The young man behind the counter dismissed my inquiry as "we don't carry that" when I asked for a computer power cable which I needed urgently. Lucky for me there was a young girl who understood what I needed and guided me to it, saving me time and an embarrassment.If it was up to the man, I'd left unserviced. Not only was he inattentive but he was kinda rude, not the right person to be being a store counter.Wish I knew the girls name to thank her here.That man needs to be retrained or replaced.

I had stopped at this place last week, and was welcomed by very friendly staff members, and I found what I needed, and they were very prompt to help me, and very friendly, answered any questions that I may have had, and seemed fairly knowledgeable

There was not one car out front I figured it would be quicker than Walmart. Walked in and told them what I was looking for. They told me the aisle to look in. I went and looked down the aisle couldn't find it went back to ask for help and they told me if it's not there we don't have it.

They don't have hardly anything, many displayed products say to order online. They were friendly but not much help.

First mistake ....trusting that they can work on my laptop WITHOUT ERASING the most important things on it . Second mistake ....paying for it , then having to paying someone else to fix their mistake . Third mistake ....buying another laptop because they said the one THEY sold me ( a year ago ) was crashing . FYI DONT buy a 2 year virus protection , 1year at a time is better . They're lucky I gave them a 1 star rating

I have been to a lot different Staples Print Centers in a lot of different states and this is by far the best one!!! Their employees are efficient and helpful. Eliana and Dillion in the print center know what they are doing, they complete all my orders fast and correct. Makenzie, another employee is always so friendly and can help me find anything I am looking for! Love this staples!!!

Avoid Alex (she said that was her name) because she has very poor customer service skills. Its not the first time she gives me a bad attitude so it's not like she is just having a "rough" day. Unfortunately she doesn't wear a badge so you might not know who she is. Fortunately this place does have a few other associates that are very helpful.
