Everyone I came in contact with went out of their way to assist me.Ada, the lady at the desk was outstanding. Knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. People on the floor were also attentive. I'm impressed. Today was a very good experience. Thank you.”

“When you shop at these hardware stores. They must always be understaffed. I hardly ever see someone who can help, and when I find someone, they're inexperienced and usually don't know what I'm asking for and say they don't have it. You basically have to know what you're looking for and where in the store it's located, then get it yourself.”
