The guy didn’t put our door on correctly so we called them back to fix it again and now we’re missing our top hinge screw and there is a huge gap on the top of our door and it doesn’t lock anymore and then guy threw his cigarette roach on our front porchService: General repairs & installation

The worst experience!
Sliding glass door was damaged during install. It took them 6 months to fix. I understand delays, however the rude, untruthful receptionist isn’t helping their business. If you say you will call someone back-do it. If you say you will send an email-do it. The customer service of the phone/front desk is lacking and that is the face of the business. It shouldn’t of been as stressful and unreliable of a transaction as it was.
