  We have rented from them for 7 years and have never had any problems. they have been good to us. Maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly. and i can have my dogs! :) highly recommend!

  Stephanie is an amazing person. She gave me the keys to view the apartment on my own time without pushing me to make a decision. She stays busy with her rentals and makes sure they are kept up accordingly. I would recommend Garden Spot rentals for anyone looking for a nice rental that doesn't empty your pockets!

  Stephanie was the most responsive, respectful, and considerate landlord. If I had any issues, she notated them and when I needed to move out, she provided clear instructions on what I needed to do so I made sure to get my deposit back. If I ever need to rent again, I'm 100% choosing Garden Spot Rentals.
