“What a great and easy location is you live on the Kansas side. The manager and gentlemen I dealt with were kind, professional as well as engaging in conversation. As a hospitality professional I like to recognize people who go above and beyond in small details that others may take for granted. The car I was provided far exceeded my expectations. This is the second great experience with Hertz including the other being the Overland Park office. I do not leave negative reviews I just do not go back to the business. “Carson blew me away with his customer service today! My flight was not scheduled to land until after this Hertz location’s closing time. Carson recognized this early on and reached out to me the morning of my arrival to give me a heads up and to let me know he had a plan in place to ensure a smooth delivery of my rental since there would be no Hertz representatives available upon my arrival. In a time where great service seems hard to come by, I am so grateful for Carson’s choice to go above and beyond!”

I got a nice upgrade for my rental and even though I had a little complication with a discount code, he helped me get a good deal. I definitely recommend this location to others looking for a rental.
