“Easy to get in and out. Gps doesnt take you here directly. Unit sizes are slightly smaller than advertised due to angled roof and places on the walls sticking out into the space. Plan on losing about 6 inches on all walls.”

“Like it when someone who didnt even rent a storage unit wants to give a bad review on your business. Say their friend paid for months in advance and items got wet and then want compensation, the truth is their friend did not pay in advance, was late every month and never was charged a late fee, ( theres your compensation) spilled an oily substance in the unit making it wet and then left all their junk they didn't want.”

They are very secure, and if I have any questions or concerns, I can call on an attendant who can help me no matter what time or day I am calling. You can rent your storage unit online, and they have 24 hour access to your storage. You have a special app you use to access your unit at any time, and there are so many cameras at the storage units that the attendant you speak with can literally see you from 4 different angles at any given time. Every person I have had the privilege of talking to about my storage unit has been so friendly and very prompt on getting a resolution for me. They completely get an A++ on their customer service. (And they are American representatives, always) which I love because I hate having a language barrier......”
