“Variety of machines, not too big or crowded. Convenient for me because it's close to my home. They have tanning beds or a booth. I can work at my own pace and don't feel rushed. There are enough machines that I don't have to wait. It's a great place.”

“Great location in town and good setup inside. Very friendly staff! Travis is great. Their workouts aren't posted during the warmup so if you're a drop-in you might be a bit confused until you get to the actual WOD when they put the exercises on the TV screen. Good price too, and the only gym I've seen that offers couple prices”
